ZUMA and Maxppp Join Forces
Laguna Beach, CA - January 12, 2005
ZUMA Press, the largest independent picture agency and wire service, today announced an agreement with the stellar French news agency, Maxppp.
Through Maxppp, ZUMA now offers its North American clients the global news and feature picture production of more than 20 of the most influential publications in France. Included are Le Bien Public, Le Courrier de l'Ouest, Le Dauphiné Libéré, La Dépêche du Midi, Les Derniéres Nouvelles d'Alsace, L'Est Républicain, L'Indépendant, Le Maine Libre, Le Midi Libre, La Montagne, La Nouvelle République, Nice Matin, Ouest France, Le Parisien, Le Progrés, La Provence, Le Républicain Lorrain, Sud Ouest, Le Télégramme, La Voix du Nord, L'Yonne Républicaine, and L'Union de Reims, among others. ZUMA Press will also syndicate the photography of Maxppp's large network of international photojournalists.
Similarly, French media can license ZUMA Press-KPA features, news and reportage coverage exclusively via Maxppp.
